I recently had the pleasure of staying at Doodle Den in Kendal, and what a gem it is! the apartment is stylishly decorated and offers all the comforts you'd want, including a modern kitchen with a fridge and microwave, perfect for a quick breakfast before heading out to explore the lovely town. the highlight for me was the peaceful ambiance, thanks to the double-glazed windows, making it feel like a cozy retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Being just a short stroll from the train station and a stone's throw from the River Kent, it's ideal for anyone visiting the Lake District. Our evenings were filled with easy walks to nearby restaurants and cafes, allowing us to soak up the local vibe without a hitch. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like free WiFi and a flat-screen TV for winding down after our adventures. I can't wait to come back! Whether you're traveling solo or with friends, Doodle Den is the perfect base for a wonderful getaway. If you're in the area, you won't want to miss it!
